The packing process

Packing starts days before the event. Not like R, who will throw everything in a bag the morning we leave (crikey, I hope not - we leave at 6.00 am).

Yesterday I ironed him some shirts so I can fold them neatly.  Then I can just press out any creases once we get to the motel.

The K's changed our lounge room around.  Too much clutter Mum!  Well, I never!

Anyway, here is the new look.  Kt is really clever with styling and see how she has arranged my lime green ripple rug over the sofa, which picks up the green from my picture and the little plates on the coffee table.  Very talented, my daughter.

Apart from that, I have charged my camera batteries, and added some more wool to my bag.  Hmmm.  A lot of wool there. Pics tomorrow if you are good.
